Welcome to Bill and
Vicki Kost’s Performance Grill. Bill was passionate about drag racing
and loved old cars. He decided to incorporate his love of car racing
and classic cars into the restaurant previously known as Prime Time Cafe, in
Auburn since 1993. We hope you enjoy all the racing and car lovers
memorabilia and decor.
Our goal is to share
great times and great food with everyone who comes to Performance Grill.
We strive to provide excellent service in a fun, casual and friendly
atmosphere. We hope you enjoy the variety of our menu and have a super
dining experience.
Please, let us know
how we're doing. We need you, as fans, to stay on the course and to
win the race.
